Can I taste the wine before purchasing?

Yes! We will send you 2 wine varietals of your choice for $38 to sample (this includes shipping/delivery). Should you choose to proceed, we will discount this fee off of your final bill on orders of 30 cases or more. Click here to order (samples are full-size 750ml bottles).

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 10 cases (120 bottles).

Can I split up my order?

Our pricing is per varietal, however we do offer the ability to split your order evenly into 2 varietals for a fee, plus the difference in the cost of the wine (if applicable).

I need a TON of wine, can you handle that?

Absolutely! We can handle orders in the 1,000s of cases!

How long does it take to get my wine?

Once the deposit is paid, your wine will be ready in approximately 4–8 weeks (this may vary depending on the time of year and other circumstances). Please refer to our "How it works" page for an approximate timeline.

Can we have a label on the back too?

Yes! ALL of our wine comes with labels on the back!

Is label design included?

Yes!

What if I want to design my own label?

You’re welcome to send in your own design. We will send you design specs if this is the route you’d like to take!

Can I do any finishes on my labels, like foil?

Our standard labels are professionally printed on premium textured paper that is both acid-free and water resistant. Most people are very happy with the labels as is; however special papers, varnishes & embellishments may be available for an additional charge. (Foil, spot UV, die cuts, etc.)

Can I pick the bottle shape or foil color on top?

The bottle types are pre-selected by the winemaker and cannot be changed. The capsules (foil tops) will be black; however, we may be able to offer other colors for an additional fee.

Can I customize the wine?

Yes, it is possible to create your own custom wine blend with orders over 250 cases.

How do I receive my product?

You are able to pick it up directly at the winery (in Lodi, CA) for no additional cost. Shipping is available in certain areas and charges will differ depending on location.

How should I store my wine?

You should store your wine in a dry, dark and cool place, preferably on it’s side (or upside down) so the cork is always touching the wine.

Can you store my wine?

Vines and Ink does not offer storage, however the winery (in Lodi, CA) offers this service for a monthly fee of $0.50/case. Please let us know if you are interested and we can have somebody reach out to you.

Can I sell my wine?

Yes, but unless you have your own license, there are regulations, additional fees, processes and restrictions that have to be discussed and implemented before it can be sold.
